Nicole M. Vaillancourt
B.A. (Hons.) (Queen’s), LL.B. (Osgoode Hall)

Nicole was born and raised in the Midland and Penetanguishene area.
After high school, Nicole left the area to pursue an undergraduate degree at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, where she completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts. She then moved to Toronto to attend Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was awarded the Harris Entrance Scholarship. Nicole completed her law degree in April 2007, and was presented a Dean’s Gold Key Award for her outstanding contribution to the Osgoode community.
Nicole summered with the firm after her first and second years of law school, and Articled with the firm in 2007-2008. She was Called to the Bar in 2008.
She has a strong interest in Labour and Employment law, especially in a corporate/management context. She holds memberships to the Canadian, Ontario, and the Indigenous Bar Associations, as well as the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
Nicole resides in Wasaga Beach, and in her spare time, enjoys photography, golf and traveling with her husband.
