Lee-Ann Fournier

Born and raised in the Midland and Penetanguishene area, Lee-Ann has worked in the Personal Injury Litigation field since 1992. In 1996, she began working exclusively with Steve Rastin as a Law Clerk.
Lee-Ann works on tort-side Motor Vehicle Accident files, as well as in Long-Term Disability disputes and Labour and Employment areas, and has developed specific expertise in Mediation and Trial work.
Lee-Ann is a Commissioner with the Province of Ontario, and a current member and past Chair of both the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association – Law Clerks Section and Simcoe County Brain Injury Association, and also a current member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and Community Living Huronia.
As a part of her memberships to both the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association – Law Clerks Section and the Simcoe County Brain Injury Association, Lee-Ann has made presentations to lawyers, law clerks and health professionals alike. Recently, she co-authored papers with Steve on topics of Bad Faith Litigation and Long-Term Disability.
Lee-Ann is a certified coach with Skate Canada and has volunteered her coaching skills with the Elmvale Figure Skating Club. In her spare time, she enjoys playing baseball, curling and boating on Georgian Bay with her husband and two children.
