Wrongful Dismissal

  • If you have been fired, terminated, or laid-off for something that you do not think was your fault, then you may have been wrongfully dismissed.

If your employer has told you "quit or be fired", and you have resigned, or have had a fundamental part of your job changed - like a salary reduction, a significant increase in workload/hours or job location - then you may have been constructively dismissed. If this is the case, then you, too, are entitled to termination and/or severance pay.

Before you sign anything or accept a payment, call us and we can help you determine if what they are offering you is fair and equitable considering your circumstances.
